专利说明:
[0001] The present invention is in the field of maritime and river infrastructures. Such a device will find preferential application, but in no way limiting, in the anchorage of boats within a port, in particular a marina, such as a marina. In a known manner, within a port, the boats are moored to a pontoon, the latter being attached to a dock on the bank or the bottom of the water, or is provided floating, vertically movable to track the tide . In particular, a boat is connected by a mooring rope tied to a fixed point, often a ring or cleat, integral with said pontoon. A major problem in docking a boat to a pontoon is that it is permanently floating, remaining in contact with the water at the submerged outer wall of its hull. This prolonged immersion causes the deterioration of the coating, the proliferation of algae and other organisms clinging to the surface. In addition, in the case of immersion in seawater, there is a harmful phenomenon of osmosis when the shell is made or covered with polyester. In order to deal with one or both of these problems, it is necessary to put the boat in dry dock. This operation remains binding and costly, especially in time and labor, requiring several operators, in order to get the boat out of its anchorage and move it dry for the maintenance of its hull. In addition, it is necessary to operate adapted lifting gear. The present invention aims to overcome the drawbacks of the state of the art, by proposing a lifting device for river or sea craft, 35 to be permanently subject to a pontoon. In particular, such a device makes it possible to lift a boat out of the water and to keep it above the water level, whether to maintain its hull periodically as well as to park the boat for an extended period of time. . [0002] To do this, such a lifting device comprises lifting means equipped in the upper part with at least one cradle, said lifting means being articulated so as to pass from a raised position to a lowered position, and vice versa, characterized by the fact that the said lifting means are made integral with at least one fixed point integral with a pontoon, so that in the raised position, the said boat has emerged, and in that the said lifting means comprise at least one hinge pivot around each fixed point. [0003] In addition, according to other additional features, in no way limiting, said lifting means may comprise a rigid structure and that each joint is located at the same end of said structure. The device may comprise rolling means 20 mounted in free rotation at the opposite end of said structure. Said structure may be in the form of a braced frame supporting receiving lugs constituting said cradle. Said lifting means may comprise at least one ballast whose emptying and filling control the passage reciprocally from the raised position to the lowered position and from the lowered position to the raised position, or vice versa. Said ballast may consist of at least one inflatable bag extending in the lower part of said lifting means. Said ballast is constituted by two inflatable pockets in the form of flanges extending on either side, along and in the lower part of said cradle. [0004] The lifting device may comprise a flotation flange equipped with connecting means with each fixed point, each joint being secured to said flange. Other features and advantages of the invention will emerge from the following detailed description of non-limiting embodiments of the invention, with reference to the appended figures, in which: FIG. 1 schematically represents a perspective view of a first embodiment, showing the device mounted on a pier in the raised position; - Figure 2 shows schematically a view similar to Figure 1, showing the device in the lowered position; FIG. 3 diagrammatically represents a perspective view of said lifting device alone, according to the embodiment of FIGS. 1 and 2; - Figure 4 shows schematically in a perspective view another embodiment of the lifting device alone. The present invention relates to a device 1 for lifting a river or sea craft. Such a device 1 is provided to allow to raise a boat to keep it out of the water. To do this, it includes lifting means 2. The latter are equipped in the upper part with at least one cradle 3, intended to support the lower part of said boat and to support it for lifting above the water level. According to the preferred embodiment, said cradle 3 is constituted by a plurality of lugs 30 arranged in pairs symmetrically on either side of the longitudinal axis of said device 1. These lugs 30 make it possible to raise the boat from below, by lower support on the lower wall of its hull. In order to adapt to different types of shells, in particular to the inclination of the walls, said lugs 30 may be equipped with pads 31 at their upper end. Said pads 31 can be mounted free in rotation. In addition, a pair of pads 31 of a pair of tabs 30 is inclined so that their face, intended to come into contact with the shell, is located vis-à-vis one another. The surface of said pads 31 may be covered with a protective material, flexible or semi-rigid, so as not to mark or scratch the shell on contact. For example, the pads 31 may consist of rubber wedges, natural or synthetic. In addition, said cradle 3 may include a point of support 32 before. Such a fulcrum 32 is raised and is intended to receive in support of the bow of the boat. It can be equipped at its upper end with a receiving member 33, in particular V-shaped. This fulcrum 32 is also mounted at a fixed part of said device 1. It can in particular serve as a stop and align the boat when the device 1 is in the low position, partially immersed. As such, another part of the device 1 is movably provided, in particular in part said lifting means 2. These are articulated so as to move from a raised position to a lowered position, and vice versa. In the lowered position, these lifting means 2 are immersed for the most part, while in the raised position, they are mostly emerged. In particular, in the lowered position, said cradle 3 is totally immersed, while in the raised position, it is at least partially emerged, preferably the tabs 30 are located above the water level, so as to lift out of the water the boat, namely at least a portion of its hull, preferably the entire hull. In order to ensure the passage from one position to another, said lifting means 2 are made integral with at least one fixed point 40 secured to a pontoon 4, so that in the raised position, said boat is emerged. . As mentioned above, the boat is at least partially out of the water, the lower part of its hull can still be immersed, but preferably, the boat and the entirety of its hull is out of the water. Moreover, said lifting means 2 comprise at least one articulation 5 pivoting about each fixed point 40. Thus, during the passage from one position to another, said device 1 rotates around each fixed point 40, in particular around an axis of rotation passing through said fixed points 40 which are then aligned. [0005] According to a preferred embodiment, as visible in the figures, said lifting device 1 comprises a flotation rod 9 equipped with connecting means 10 with each fixed point 40, each joint 5 being secured to said flange 9. In particular, said boudin 9 is a cylindrical tank filled with a material ensuring its flotation, as an expanded material, foam type. Thus, such a bead 9 can be anchored to the bottom of the water, for wetting over the pontoon 4. [0006] In addition, the connecting means 10 may be in the form of a strapping, in particular metal, surrounding and solidarisant the structure of the device 1 around said strand 9 via the fixed points 40. In a subsidiary manner, the organ The receiving member 33 can be fixedly mounted on said flange 9 on the front face and in a raised manner, serving as an abutment to prevent the bow of the boat from bumping said flange 9. It can also serve as a mooring point. It will be noted that the fixed points 40 are secured to said pontoon 4 or the bead 9, still emerging, thus ensuring that in the raised position, the device 1 and especially its cradle 3 are above the water level Next the embodiments, depending on the size and shape of the boat, said device 1 may have different shapes and sizes, to ensure the lifting. [0007] To do this, said lifting means comprise a structure 6. Said structure 6 is provided rigid. To do this, it consists of an assembly of longitudinal members and sleepers, fixed together. Said structure may then be in the form of a braced frame supporting the receiving lugs 30 constituting said cradle 3. According to the embodiment shown in Figure 4, the structure 6 has a shape generally V, approaching the the shape of the hulls of boat. In this configuration, the tabs 30 forming the cradle 3 may be in the form of pads, located at each upper end of the crossbars, or in the form of a single plate or ramp 300 positioned and connecting on each side (right and left) the free upper ends of the crosspieces or V-shaped spacers. According to this same embodiment, the structure 6 comprises three regularly spaced V-spacers, the right and left upper free ends of which are reciprocally connected by a straight plate or ramp 300 and left. In addition, the structure 6 may comprise a central spacer 60. The latter receives a pair of lugs 30, slidably mounted along its length. In addition, said spacer 60 can also be slidably mounted along the side rails 61 of the structure 60, thus making it possible to adapt the position of said tabs 30 as a function of the length of the boat. It will be noted that the longitudinal members 61 and crosspieces may preferably be in the form of a hollow section, in particular a metal section. As such, the tabs 30 can be mounted slidably movable along the cross-members of the frame, allowing them to be moved apart or brought closer depending on the width of the boat. Once the tab spacing 30 has been adjusted, the latter can be locked, in particular by means of pins or by screwing. According to one embodiment, shown in Figures 1 to 3, from above, said structure 6 has a rectangular parallelepiped-shaped frame. According to another embodiment, from above, said structure 6 may have a triangular shape, in particular an isosceles triangle, said device 1 then comprising a single fixed point 40 situated at a vertex, while its equal sides extend symmetrically from on both sides of its longitudinal median axis. According to the embodiment of FIG. 4, the structure 6 may consist globally of a prism with triangular bases, facing downwards, with its faces open. Regardless of the shape, each hinge 5 is then located at the same end of said structure 6, namely at the end located on the side of said pontoon 4, as can be seen in FIGS. 1 and 2. According to the embodiment of FIG. 4, the structure 6 comprises a mesh 11 located at the front, on the junction side with said pontoon 4. This mesh 11 may be in the form of a frame, preferably rectangular or square, braced according to its diagonals, in particular by means of cables or reinforcing rods, ensuring the rigidity of said mesh 11. Furthermore, the latter is situated between the structure 6 and the coil 9, deporting said structure 6 so that the front of the boat, often in tip, is not found at said cradle 3, but forward relative to the latter, ensuring that the lifting occurs only at the side walls in the center of the hull of the boat. In a related manner, during manufacture, it is possible to provide telescopic beams forming the structure 6, to adapt the length according to that of the boat. The boards 300 and the inflatable pockets 8 are then also adapted to the desired length. In a subsidiary manner, said device 1 comprises rolling means 7 mounted in free rotation at the opposite end of said structure 6. These rolling means 7 may consist of a pair of wheels 70 mounted on either side of the chassis edge intended to be fully immersed in the lowered position. In particular, these rolling means 7 allow to roll on the bottom, when the device 1 goes into the submerged position or when it is reassembled. It will be noted that then, the device 1, in particular the structure 6 has a length such that it allows this opposite end to go down to said background. Such a dimension is appreciable in view of Figures 1 and 2, showing a pontoon 4 fixed resting on the bottom through encroachment 41 in the form of columns. It will also be noted that the lowering can take place at a variable inclination, at an angle ranging from 0 ° to 90 °, preferably from 0 ° to 45 °. An angle of 0 ° corresponds to the waterline of said device 1 in the raised position. In order to ensure the lifting and lowering of the device 1, it is equipped with suitable actuators. According to one embodiment, these actuators may be provided mechanical, in the form of a motor, particularly electrical or hydraulic, for example at the moment of a jack. According to the preferred embodiment, the actuation of the device 1 is carried out using buoyancy and buoyancy. To do this, said lifting means 2 comprise at least one ballast whose emptying and filling control the passage reciprocally from the raised position to the lowered position and from the lowered position to the raised position, or vice versa (namely that the filling lowering control and that the drain controls lifting). One or the other of these cases is according to the fluid used to fill or empty said ballast. In other words, if the fluid is air, the filling of the ballast induces its flotation and lifting. If the fluid is a liquid, denser than water, the filling then induces its descent and the immersion of the device 1. According to the first embodiment, shown in the figures, said ballast may be constituted by at least one pocket inflatable 8 extending in the lower part of said lifting means 2. Such a pocket 8 is a sealed and sealed envelope. It can be made of a plastic or synthetic material. It can also be subdivided internally into boxes, providing a regular distribution of air for the purpose of lifting. As such, each pocket 8 can be secured under the structure 6, on the underside of the chassis. Thus, during its inflation, the pocket 8 naturally lifts the lifting means 2 under the effect of buoyancy, until the legs 30 of the cradle 3 come into contact with the hull of the boat and lifts it up to its total or partial emergence. According to another embodiment, shown in FIG. 4, said ballast is constituted by two inflatable pockets 8 in the form of strands extending on either side, along and in the lower part of said cradle 3. In other embodiments terms, two pockets 8 are positioned under the structure 6, but on both sides of the latter, ensuring better stability during lifting. In addition, these pockets 8 can be arranged externally. [0008] These inflatable pockets 8, of globally cylindrical shape, extend from the rear to the front of the structure 6, over a length corresponding to the cradle for lifting up by pressing the hull of the craft to emerge. Therefore, the device 1 includes means for injecting or extracting air from said pocket 8. These means may be constituted by a compressor and / or a pump. These can be provided manually or motorized. In addition, they can integrate means for controlling the internal pressure, automatically ensuring the injection of air if the internal pressure of the envelope, or one of its internal boxes, falls below a threshold, allowing for example to detect leaks. Thus, the lifting device 1 according to the invention simply makes it possible to raise a boat and keep it out of the water, for an extended period of storage at its place of anchorage, as well as for a shorter period of time in order to the maintenance of its hull. Such a device 1 can be implanted quickly and simply, without requiring any special infrastructure, outside the injection or pumping means. [0009] The invention thus saves time, energy, therefore, in terms of cost, the maintenance of a boat, while limiting the environmental impact by maintaining it regularly and limiting the deposit to be cleaned on the hull, thus preserving the environment of the use of polluting agent.
